I arrived late and the staff could not have been more helpful. Served me a late meal without fuss. Bed excellent. Better breakfast services than first time. More customers but more staff - looked as if they had manned up

good bed and rooms reasonably comfortable but not quite at the standard I expected
Pace not good for a business person who wants a quicker service and is short of time. Facilities closed when I arrived after 9pm so no swim. Also facilites spead arround and in nonn-connecting buildings

The food and spa were lovely and the staff were very friendly.
At this stage the rooms are very dated and not what I would expect from a hotel such as this. Also, I was only offered one small towel in the spa and in addition there were no hairdryers in the changing room which was shocking.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They allow dogs at the hotel. The food in the italian restaurant was amazing and good value by Irish prices. The gardens were beautiful and the room was wonderful. The breakfast was brilliant.

The attention to detail at this hotel is impressive. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful suite. The room was spacious, with a window covered in Ivy framing a stunning view of the grounds. We loved the balcony, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee while taking in the surrounding beauty. The hotel's location in a remote area added to the charm, and we appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. The chef's breakfast was a highlight, with a delicious meal prepared just for us.
All was great, no improvements needed.

Beautiful setting. Well laid out accommodation. Felt like a country house. Food delicious and all organic. Pool/ jacuzzi & hot tub very well set out. Liked the way the pool had folding doors so felt like it was outside inside. Duplex room very spacious. Nicely furnished. Good level of equipment, tv, mini bar hifi. Good ventilation. Air conditioning also available. very comfortable bed & pillow. Amazing multi jet shower - certainly wakes you up. Bath in bedroom novel, but a toilet would have been more useful as had to go downstairs for toilet. Loved dressing area plus ironing board & iron. Extremely useful for pre wedding preparations.
Our deluxe duplex room was looking very tired - walls scuffed, torn curtain. Needs refreshing. Toiletries insufficient for 2 people - double would be enough.
